Court watchers needed for 2 trials from the RNC
Jesse James Forrey goes to trial at 9 AM on Tuesday August 4th (next week), at the Ramsey County Courthouse in St. Paul. Judge Flynn will be presiding. The trial is slated to last two days, three at the outside. (I think this optomisitic, but the lawyer is squeezed for time, so we'll see.) Jury selection will start in the morning. Not sure if it will continue into the afternoon.

The same day, Daniel Bono is scheduled to appear for sentencing before Judge VanDeNorth. Daniel's sentencing will take place at 1:30 PM in the same building, different courtroom. Daniel is appealing his case, so we are hoping that the judge will stay the sentencing until the appeal is finished. However, we must be prepared for the worst, so I would like to have felony support there with jail contact information, just in case. Jesse cannot do this for obvious reasons. Please contact me if you can help. This man is from out of town. His local support will be limited to an uncle and an aunt, unless CRASS people step up.

Therefore, I need to make sure there are courtwatchers at both events.

** We really need more people showing up to be court watchers. If you care about the 4th Amendment and the right to dissent please try to show up as a court watcher if you can. Many of us work and can't go, and those who have been going are stretched thin. **
