Did MN Supreme Court ever rule on constitutionality of Pawlenty's unallotments?
I don't recall seeing news of this ruling. I also googled and could not find any info. Would some please tell me the status of this issue? Thanks.

1. They heard the case but I do not believe they have issued a ruling yet
I would guess that we should be hearing something in the next week or two.
