Heads up, the gay marriage fight to heat up this summer
Tomorrow, Tuesday June 1, Archbishop Nienstedt is taping a "message on marriage" which should be distributed in the near future. This latest push came on the Startribune editorial page a few weeks ago by the Archbishop and now we have nasty ads on local TV. :puke: Most Twin Cities Catholics are against this, but a small number will follow the Archbishop and be very squeaky wheels.

(see daily schedule on right side of page)

These are clearly signs that the gay marriage attack plan is now coming to Minnesota this fall to help the Emmer and greater GOP camp. I expect more and more faux outrage from the usual sources with this as a wedge "issue". The idea is to use this wedge issue to turn over the legislature and keep the governorship to the GOP. As long as the DFL holds at least one part of the legislature this will not make it to the ballot. If the GOP controls everything after November it will be on the ballot.
