President Obama is coming to the Twin Cities next weekend to rally voters on behalf of DFL gubernatorial candidate Mark Dayton.

Obama, criss-crossing the country to support candidates in advance of the Nov. 2 elections, will headline a rally on Saturday, Oct. 23 at the University of Minnesota.

The event will held at Northrop Mall and begin at 1 p.m.

1. I'm optimistic that Dayton's going to win this thing
but the polls are still a little too close for comfort. It seems that the republican sometimes does a bit better on election day in this state than what their final poll numbers were indicating. I'd feel better if Dayton were up by 8-9 points.

5. Thanks for the transcripts.
They're very complete including the fundraiser after the rally with the MN congressional delegation and Nancy Pelosi.

I'm happy the President came here on behalf of Mark. It's got to be of help with GOTV.
