'Frivolous' challenges? Judge for yourself
The Strib has posted some of the ballots that are being called "frivolous" by the Emmeroid camp.

They all seem to be from CD 5 and primarily DFL voters.

Who'd a thunk? :eyes:

1. It's the challenges by Emmer that are being called frivolous.

He's challenging the ballots' validity because the marks are crooked or some stupid thing. The challenges, not the ballots, are frivolous. And they clearly are frivolous challenges to valid ballots that plainly show the intent of the voter. The Emmeroids are making asses of themselves, almost as much as Norm Coleman did. Time to hang it up and accept defeat.

4. All 9 examples are pretty obvious for Dayton.
Crooked or tilted circles do not invalidate the vote or the intention. One was challenged by a write in of the same person for two offices, no effect on the governor's race.

3. They could not possibly be any more blatant about their desire to disenfranchise legitimate voters
Those ballots are so clearly marked that even the very most delusional should be able to see who the votes are for, anyone who tries to argue against them being counted clearly knows that they are in the wrong but they don't care about right and wrong they only care about winning.
