The world used to come to Minnesota as we had the lowest recidivism rate in the country back when Minnesota worked and the liberals heald power.

I was cued into this problem at an NAACP meeting I attended during the 2000 sElection when we were listening to one another. 10 years later we are now the worst. We won the race to the bottom. Pawlenty, Ventura and the rest can have this as their legacy and so many lives wasted, so many families broken.
