Email from the DFL, posting it here for those who aren't on the list.
Dear DFLers,
There are just five days left to donate a gift for a child in need as part of the Minnesota Toys for Tots campaign. The Minnesota DFL wants to ensure every child has a gift during this upcoming holiday season, and Minnesota Toys for Tots needs our help! The Minnesota DFL Party will be collecting holiday gifts for Minnesota children at our St. Paul, Rochester, and Duluth offices... but only until this Friday, December 10th. On December 10th, DFL volunteers will gather all the toys donated by people like you and deliver them to the official Minnesota Toys for Tots program on behalf of Minnesota DFLers.
We have had a good response, but many more gifts for Minnesota children are needed. Please help us today by dropping off a gift for a child (see the list below for suggested gift ideas) to one of the following DFL locations. If you cannot deliver your toys to our offices but wish to donate, please visit the following web site to find an official “Toys for Tots” drop-off location near you:
http://www.toys4tots.twincities.org/whereto.html. Then, be sure to email us at activism@dfl.org to tell us how many gifts you donated, and in what town - this way we can include it in our final tally of DFLers for Tots!
