U.S. Senate hopeful Robin Carnahan brought here I-call-bull-on-Blunt tour to Kansas City tonight, calling out her likely GOP opponent on the federal deficit, jobs and support from lobbyists.
The "bull" refrain has emerged as the centerpiece of the Carnahan stump speech, and she's trotted it out in other cities.

"This is a fellow who says he's all about controlling the deficit," Carnahan said, but then pointed out that Blunt was in the majority when the federal budget deficit flipped from a surplus to a $1.2 trillion deficit.
"I think that is bull," Carnahan said. "I think that's bull, and we we need to call him on it."
