Visiting Missouri....a Carnahan commercial question.. |
|
I'm from NJ and in St. Louis on business. I've been seeing all the dueling Blunt/Carnahan commercials.
There was a random commercial and it was some soft spoken, sort of hippie looking fellow and he started talking about finding the love of Jesus and all this other born again Christian stuff. That ends and then up pops Carnahan with an "I'm....and I approve this message.
Was that just a production blip in the station running the commercials or was that really one of her commercials?

I live in Kansas City and have seen a number of commercials, but to my recollection I haven't seen the one you're talking about.

Carnahan cannot win MO without carrying a large percentage of the state outside of STL and KC. Claire understood this, and that is how she won. I personally have not seen the commercial you are referring to, but it wouldn't surprise me if Carnahan does not do something to try to connect with the rural districts.

Micheal J Fox and the stem cell issue. Robin does not have that, and to me her ads are really poor.
