Return to paper ballot?

Warrensburg - A proposed Senate bill would eliminate electronic voting and require the state to return to exclusive use of paper ballots.

County Clerk Diane Thompson said Senate Bill 418, sponsored by Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadal, St. Louis, would establish paper ballots as the official ballots statewide.

"It would do away with touch-screen voting," Thompson said.
