From Minnesota to Montana a good democrat
Well, I finally got my daughter to vote, (all democrats) and spent an hour on the phone with her talking about the different initiatives and amendments. Fortunately, I was in Montana near the end of October and had been reading the newspaper so i had some idea what was going on. At the end of the phone call she told me, "Thank you for nagging me so much about this. I wanted to do it, but wouldn't have done it except that you nagged." So from here in Minnesota, I present you with one voter. (And given the close election in my district here at home, I hated to give her up!)

1. Your treasure is in good stead here in our Treasure State
How is she enjoying the U? I think of her often and hope all is well for her.

Maybe she will get to meet Jag and that guy who always travels around with him ;)

2. She's doing pretty well
the social stuff is so hard at the start of college, especially since she doesn't drink (Thank you Lord!) but she's figuring it out, and just got a job, so she's thrilled. I love Missoula and so does she. I'll be back out in March to see her again. You've got a beautiful state!

3. YAHOO MONTANA
I talked with my daughter today and she was walking on air. "There are checks and balances again." My vote made a difference. I don't think she'll ever miss an election. YAHOO MONTANA>

4. Thought about her as I listened to Tester
Yeah, her vote made a difference. EVERY vote matters and it is good she recognizes that fact. The future will be bumpy, but there is reason to hope.

I love that you keep us updated about her.
