Relatives of Martz suspected in fight

HELENA - Gov. Judy Martz's husband and son were named as suspects after a post-race fight in the drivers' area of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday night.

Stock car driver Chris Clyne named Harry Martz, the governor's husband, and rival driver Justin Martz, 34, both of the Butte area, in an assault complaint.

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department is investigating, and no charges have been filed, a spokesman, Sgt. Richard Barela, said Monday.

The fight allegedly occurred after the Clyne and Justin Martz had a contentious race in 50-lap "super late model main event" Saturday night at the NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series at the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
