Abolish capital punishment passes MT Senate, dies on party line vote in House Committee
I don't have a link but I saw this on my local news last night.

This is the farthest this has ever gotten here in MT. where it's been introduced in the last few sessions. The MT legislator meets every two years.

The Dem controlled State Senate passed it, the bill died in the Repo controlled House.

It's only a matter of time, I hope, until we can outlaw this barbaric, violent practice of human sacrifice.
