This list doesn't include the latest three folks, whose names I am unaware of at this time.

National Guard Memorial
Over 300 pairs of empty combat boots
– tagged with the names of National Guard soldiers who have died in the current Iraq war – will be displayed, together with a visual representation of thousands of Iraqi civilians who have died during the conflict.
