Allegation of politics in licensing controversy

A state agency responsible directly to Gov. Dave Heineman held up licensing rules for professional counselors and social workers last winter, forcing licensing board members to work out compromise language related to serving homosexual clients.

1. HHS
Nebraska HHS has been run by amateurs and butt kissers for many years. It should be separated from the governor and other political agencies and be allowed to exist without their interference. This woman who heads the sub agency is clearly doing the wishes of the governor, and is a paid liar for him.
