Dina Titus won't challenge Jon Porter in NV-3 in '08

She made that announcement tonight on Jon Ralston's political show in Las Vegas. She said the DCCC approached her about it, but she has decided not to run, instead concentrating on the state senate and helping Hillary Clinton.

Good move, Dina. Porter would have used his typical tactic of savaging the opponent with misleading/lie commercials. Titus has high negatives to begin with. Plus, that district is more conservative than NV-1. You need an ideal candidate to knock off Porter and Titus wasn't the right fit.
