First Gay Nightclub On Las Vegas Strip Prepares To Open

(Las Vegas, Nevada) Gay visitors to Las Vegas will soon have their own club on the famed Las Vegas Strip with Krave scheduled to open October 1.

Workers have spent months creating the club located next door to the Aladdin Hotel and the first to be located on the Strip. Krave is the creation of Sia Amiri, the former owner of RAGE, West Hollywood's landmark gay bar.

To run the entertainment, Amiri has brought in event producer Jeffrey Sanker (pictured).

Sanker has mounted some of the biggest gay mega balls and events in the US.

1. Nice. Too bad since I met my hubby, we hardly go out anymore.

Made a nice nest for ourselves and our 3 goldens in our comfy home in Henderson.

We actually met at the one on Arville off Tropicanna about 5 years ago - haven't been back since - and we both hardly ever went out much before, either!

Just too dang tired to leave after we get home!

We should carve on our mantlepiece - "8pm: Let's go out tonite." "OK". Then the sound of snoring on the other side at 9pm.

Even had to drop out of the local bowling league on Sundays for awhile.

And all of our neighbors are great, too!

Did I say how much I love my sweetie?!

I wish them luck.

Most new "gay" clubs have a hard time - especially with tourists, since they are here to gamble and see the other sights - which are famously gay friendly so that there is no need to indulge an exclusively gay club. So many have come and are now gone.

Now, the "Eagle" ... sigh.
