This is a small local ISP with a discussion board. The wing-nuts think they rule there but with your help we can quiet these freepers down a little. There are some leftys who post who would love some support. Help battle the right wing echo chamber with truth and light.

Free registration lets you post. One word of caution, the discussion board displays IP address of your local network domain so if posting from work might boomerang you may want to post from home.

1. Call your local election board

Find out how many new registrations they're getting per day.

Remember, the polls are only counting "likely voters," which they define as people who voted in 2002. New voters are likelier to be the people who have paid enough attention to want Bush GONE.

My county office in NM told me they've been getting 500 to 1000 registration forms a day. There is NO WAY all those people are going to be Bushbots. Most of them want him GONE.

2. The new voters will turn Nevada blue

The new registrations are coming from Moveon and ACT and Democracy for Nevada, the Democratic Party, and a bunch of other progressive groups. The registrar in Washoe County has extended their hours and last week they ran out of forms(but got more). The republicans seem to be much more intent on suppressing the vote than getting it out. Incombants do better where there is apathy. We flipped the state registration, and we're not done yet. Volunteer some time with a progressive group and help us get the registrations while there is still time. Be a part of Election Action Day this Saturday!
