9:00 am at the Review Journal: Wake Up the Media:

Bring drums, signs, food to share. We are asking the RJ and other media outlets to show us the truth- to stop glossing over the ugliness of war, glamourizing it, focusing on the military equipment instead of the human loss of life and injuries in the name of profits for the corporate elite.

Noon at the Nellis US army recruitment office:

The Clark County Green Party will be handing out flyers outside the recruitment office at 1995 N Nellis Blvd #D at the corner of Lake Mead Blvd. where people adversely affected by the war economy are being signed up to become a tool of the elite in a dangerous, unfair, and immoral war.


Noon at the SW corner of LV Blvd and Flamingo:

Organizers and others interested are invited to help flyer on the Strip for the evening action. Dress in your best anti-Bush/anti-war costumes. Be creative, funny, grotesque, or just come as you are.

5:00 pm on the Strip: corner of Sahara and Las Vegas Blvd:

Bring signs, food, and come show your support of the people around the world whose home lands are being occupied by the US. We do not want a third anniversary of the Iraq War, and we cannot just sit at home and let this administration gloss over what has been called Operation Iraqi Freedom. We choose to call it what it is: the Occupation of Iraq by the US.
