3. This story hasn't earned the play it deserves

It's nearly a week old but until yesterday the Las Vegas media tried to pretend it was a non-story. I got frustrated when the diaries at Kos plummeted with only a handful of responses so I didn't post the story here. The local media in Las Vegas finally started leading with the story today, and tonight they are asking why the national media isn't interested. Duh. If the locals had done their investigative job for 5 days it would already be huge.

Gibbons' press conference today was a farce, standing there with his wife and calling himself an officer and a gentleman, claiming he helped the woman to her feet after she stumbled, nothing more to it than that. Read the police reports and listen to the three 911 calls and see if that threatens to make sense.

The crime is the Democratic national gubernatorial committee hasn't been funding this race all along. Gibbons is a well known blunderer and always a favorite to self destruct. But Titus may not be close enough to take advantage and win this thing. Gibbons' monetary advantage has shaped this race for two months.
