Sneak attack on campaign finance reform
Please, please, please call or write your state representative between now and Wednesday morning and ask them to oppose SB 91.

SB 91 has mutated into a sneak attack on existing campaign finance laws. It would allow corporations and unions to make direct cash contributions to candidates for state office, but would do away with any requirement that these corporations and unions report their contributions with the secretary of state.

This is a gigantic step backwards. It does away with transparency and accountability, and makes it easier for special interests to manipulate the political process with minimal public scrutiny.

Don't let the hacks from both parties get away with this sleazy move!
