A question about the new Lt. Governor proposition
Will the Lt. Governor be appointed a la President appoints vice-president, or will he run separately.

I believe that they should run separately.

1. Same ticket
The Lt. Governor should be on the same ticket as the
Governor and elected as a team. Otherwise we could
get real chaos if the two just could not work together.
