Anyone go to see Springsteen in Trenton?
I was at the show tonight, I personally thought he was excellent a really different Springsteen experience entirely.

Any thoughts?

1. Nope, didn't even realize he was performing
until, after the fact, I heard he was in the Meadowlands.

Is he on a long tour?

How was it different? Did he have the E-Street Band with him? What were some of the songs he played?

2. Tonight's show is the last one of the tour

my aunt and uncle have tickets for closing night, which I'm guessing will be just as great.

He didn't have the band with him, just Bruce on stage playing a bunch of different instruments. It wasn't a show for the casual fan but it really gave him the opportunity to display his musical talent. Also I heard on a Springsteen message board that Jon Corzine was in attendence last night only a couple sections away from me in a luxury box, it's a shame I didn't get to see him because I was walking around in that area before the show started.

here's the setlist
Rumble (By Link Wray; Instrumental)
Born In The USA (bullet mike)
Devils And Dust
Atlantic City
Long Time Comin'
Fade Away
Meeting Across The River
It's Hard To Be A Saint In The City
State Trooper
Nebraska
All The Way Home
One Step Up
Reno
Two For The Road
Santa Ana
Drive All Night
The Rising
Spare Parts
Jesus Was An Only Son
This Hard Land
Song For Orphans
Matamoros Banks
(encore)

Does This Bus Stop At 82nd Street? (on ukulele)
Thundercrack
The Promised Land
Dream Baby Dream
