Why would you go through all that trouble just to get a divorce.

NJ has no-fault and you can get into the courthouse on just about any excuse if you opt for irreconcilable differences. If you try to get a divorce on fault, you generally don't get any more money or less obligations if you're not the spouse at fault. I thought almost everyone would use irreconcilable differences when that option became available. I don't get it.
