Actor Val Kilmer ‘probably not’ going to run for N.M. governor
By Matthew Reichbach

Val Kilmer, who is now in Washington D.C. for the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, was caught on camera by Politico reporter saying that he is “probably not” going to run for governor in 2010 (in New Mexico, though the Politico blog post originally said Montana).

“Can I call you governor?” Tammy Haddad, who hosted a brunch before the Correspondents’ Dinner asked Kilmer in the video.

“No,” Kilmer responded.

“Are you going to run,” she asked.

“No… probably not,” Kilmer said.

1. Am Glad He Will Not Run
I do not see what he could contribute. And he has said some pretty nasty things about New Mexicans. So, Val if you read this, thanx for not running.
