Waving a mini flag of the United States as he handed out copies of The Occupied Wall Street Journal to anyone interested outside the East 25th Street entrance of Baruch College last Wednesday afternoon, junior Christopher Morales urged people to learn about the march to Wall Street later that day.
Neatly inked over the red and white stripes of the flag was the slogan, " I am Occupying Wall Street." The words "Today is the day" were followed by 19 tally marks.
Morales is one of many who have taken offense to Wall Street and making it known at Zuccotti Park.
Last week, he did this by joining the members of Baruch College student organization Bottom Up Baruch, and Pride and SEEK, who set out to protest educational budget cuts and tuition hikes in a march from Foley Square to Zuccotti Park at Liberty Plaza ...
