1. A great day...

Met 3 other committed individuals, handed out literature to very interested and uninformed people. Met one republican who told me that although he knows of MoveOn, he is definitely against the organization, but stands strongly in opposition to the Nuclear option. Made my day brothers and sisters. Told him that this country is founded on debate and majority as well as minority views. Urged him to contact others that share his political bent and take action to protect this country. Freedom is not a bi-partisan issue. Really need to drive that point home on so many issues. Spent rest of day stuffing mail boxes in neighborhoods that are represented by pro-life signs. Hung signs on poles saying "Hands off the Supreme Court." Also distributed
home made fliers of NION's(Not In Our Name) declaration.
All in all a good day and feeling better since reading Reid's message that the Repubs might not have the numbers they need to end filibuster.
