URGENT Please call to support S5057
This bill is to give doctors due process and to protect them and patients and patients from abuse by insurance companies and others filing frivolous complaints with the OPMC. The original bill was unanimously passed last session but was vetoed at the last minute by Gov Pataki. This version was a compromise that the Governor said he would sign but now the legislature is dragging its feet.

Call 518-455-2200 and say you want Senator Hannon to see that bill S5057 passes.

Thanks!
