Years ago a car hauler truck was stopped in North Carolina because it was raining and they didn't have their headlights on.
( The law there says that if you have your windshield wipers on, you must have your headlights on).

The cops found a Million bucks in cash (when a million was big money)
And several hundred pounds of coke.

All because they didn't have their headlights on...

Let's see 8 million residents of NYC. Let's be conservative and figure 5% of them are regular pot smokers and go through 1/4 lb each per year. That works out to 100k lbs per year. 600 lbs is a 2 day supply for all of NYC. It's nothing. Every other day a truck like that must come into the city. And they catch just this one guy. Big deal! The war on drugs is a complete joke.
