Highway robbery on the streets of NYC?

Can anyone help this woman or point us in the right direction? If this post is in the wrong place, please move it for me. She needs an answer asap.

Hey everyone,
I would normally put this in the prayer section but not everyone is signed up for that.
I need BIG prayers for next Wednesday.
As some of you know my registration sticker was taken from a vehicle, after it was thrown in the garbage.
I was informed this fall that I owed the city of New York 58,000 dollars worth of tickets.
Whoever stole it ran the registration between 3 vehicles.
I tried myself to fight it with one judge who only ruled on 14 tickets. I was not guilty on 7 and guilty on the other 7.
I had to pony up the money for those 7 tickets to appeal the decision.
I had to hire a lawyer and go back in to fight these 7. We got the ruling judge error in my favor and my 800 dollars was returned.
Now they want to seize all my assets. My bank account, my house, you name it.
I still have 57,000 dollars in tickets outstanding. We had planned to fight 50 tickets at a time. So that it was affordable to get an appeal. I won the appeals so this would be easy.
My lawyer contacted all the judges. They made a ruling for next Wednesday the 26th. They want to rule on the entire case. If I am found guilty on any charge I must first pay the ticket to appeal it. THEY WANT TO GARNISH MY WAGES FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T DO!!! I am the main income provider!!
This scares the shit out of me.
I need everyone to please pray for me. I have done nothing wrong. It is a common occurance, so I am told, in NY to have this happen.

She's a teacher. She has two kids, one of whom has medical problems. Her husband was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. She doesn't need this horror on top of all that!

And it's not a joke. Guess if there's some legal maneuvering her lawyer is supposed to know what to do. It sounds like he's doing it but the judge has put a kink in the plan. I was hoping someone who practices law in NYC would see this and maybe know who to call or whatever. It's awful to think she'll lose everything when she's a victim in this.
