Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners of Elections in the City of New York, have scheduled a SPECIAL MEETING for Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at 1:30 PM in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 42 Broadway, 6th Floor, for the purpose of selecting a Ballot Marking Device for use in the City of New York for the Fall 2008 Elections.
ORDER OF BUSINESS (as approved by the Executive Committee of the Commissioners)
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. PRESENTATIONS BY: (a) BOE EVALUATION TEAM –Report on Ballot Marking Devices (b) GARTNER – Cost Analysis Report
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS – (a) Each Member of the Public speaking is limited to 2 minutes. (b) Persons wishing to speak should pre-register with the Board by calling (212) 487-5345 before 12 noon on Wednesday, February 6. (c) Persons offering public comments should provide the Board with 20 copies of the written statement prior to the start of the Special Meeting.
