Anyone in NYC ever report their employer to the smoking cops?
I'm completely fed up and frustrated.

I work in a fairly small office, and both of my employers *insist* on smoking cigarettes and cigars in the office. I'm constantly coughing and leave here every Friday afternoon with a splitting headache. (That's apparently cheap cigar day around here :eyes:)

Anyway, I've found the form to report smoking violations in NYC, but they ask for your name and contact info, etc.

I'm (literally?) dying to report these guys, but I'm worried I'll lose my job. (And possibly be blackballed from finding another.)

Does anyone have any experience with this?
