Who lately had been, in my eyes, a real meshugener (regarding the people he supported politically)although he has always been a little meshugena. Nevertheless, he is now more of a mentsh to me thanks to his view of the dictator for life mayor of New York, king Bloomie...its a bit of a kvetch but it rings the truth.
