1. Maple syrup is a large agri-business in NY
Where I come from in Western NY we actually have festivals devoted to Maple sugar season. I commend Senator Schumer for supporting this industry and hope that IHOP will carry NY syrup in the NY franchises. It would be a huge boost to the maple agri-business.
