Westchester County Single-Payer Rally, May 30th

In conjunction with the National Action Day for Single-Payer Healthcare, Hunger Action Network of NYS, WESPAC, and Westchester Health Action Coalition are sponsoring a rally at the Renaissance Plaza (corner of Main St & Mamaroneck Av) in White Plains, at 2pm - 4pm. It's a very busy, highly visible spot. We'll have lit, a couple of short informative speeches, lots of good energy, and hopefully the local media. So mark your calendar and bring friends and a sign if you can, just yourself if you can't. "Medicare for All--Single-Payer Now!" "No Healthcare; No Vote!"

If you want to volunteer (for things like bringing the folding table for the lit, etc.) PM me here. I know DUers aren't the most church-going group, but if you do attend a place of worship, print up the info on this "Medicare for All" Rally, post it on their bulletin board, and see if you can get it in the newsletter or website calendar. In other words, get the word out.
