District 20 - DCCC Internal Looks Good for Murphy

The DCCC's polling bomb today included a Grove Insight survey showing Scott Murphy up 13 on GOPer Chris Gibson. Not quite as big a spread as Siena showed a month ago, but way better than the NRCC found two months ago, and probably out of their reach.
