WSJA fire raging through a Brooklyn apartment building is proving difficult for hundreds of firefighters to get under control because of strong winds.
A fire official says 18 firefighters have been injured while battling Saturday's blaze. None of the injuries are life-threatening. Three civilians also had minor injuries.
A fire official says strong winds are complicating their efforts at the 6-story building on East 29th Street. The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for all of New York City until 4 a.m. Sunday.
