There is a lot of money in our district. Unfortunately most of it is locked up in the accounts of tax cheaters. When a loophole grossly violates the SPIRIT of the law, it's legality is a very poor fig leaf indeed.

The collection agencies that work for the people have to be empowered and properly funded to bring those millions back to the people so we can educate our kids, pay our public servants, fill our potholes and put out our fires.
