What's with the dead/missing women club lately?
Edited on Fri Jul-18-08 05:55 PM by supernova
I was just reading the WRAL web site and it's really glaring that there's a spate of women being murdered lately. I know, it happens all too regularly, but this week seems especially egregious.

That marine who died, Nancy Cooper
The jogger who was taken off her Saturday run.
And now another woman missing in Johnston County...

Is there a full moon or something? :dilemma: :-(

1. Dunno. Economic downturns probably increase crime. And
the whole War on Terra shtick has basically been advertising the redemptive value of violence (torture 'em, kill 'em -- innocent or guilty, who cares?), while returning yet another crop of psychologically-scarred "heroes" from the battlefields.
