I am very worried about the Purdue McCrory race
I have watched two debates and lets be honest. She is bad and he is good. Thankfully he isn't great and he isn't horrid but he is good to her bad. She needs to be better at explaining her position on off shore drilling. She needs to be more on point during all of her debates. I hope she gets better.

1. well, I just wish they were switched . . I know many prominent Dems who can't stand her
And remember Jim Martin, a Republican governor? He was a good man. That was back when we knew decent Republicans. I'd take him over Easley or Perdue any day.

I think she'll win because she's so well-connected, but if I knew Obama/Biden and a filibuster proof Dem congress were being elected and we could afford a Repub gov in NC who'd have his power checked, well, I might not vote for her either. Maybe I just wouldn't vote. I've heard this from a lot of Dems who know her.

Hope this doesn't get me kicked off this board. But she's not exactly the change we've been looking for. A DINO. At least she'll show up for speeches, unlike the reclusive Easley, who sends his wife out for him.

2. I was a Moore man
largely due to his position on gay rights vis a vis hers. A national government won't help much if we have a GOP gov though a dem legislature likely would help a bit.

3. I was for Moore too on the rights issue
I will vote for Perdue over the Punisher. I have watched with fear, anger and at times disgust how the Republican we want to punish sinners, homos, or anyone they don't like since Ronny Raygun punished PATCO (AirTraffic controllers union for wanting shorter than 12-14 hour work days ( I was in training at the time It is very stressful being responsible for several planes loaded with passengers and or freight).
Not a word about how actually make things better or more fair.
They don't want more fairness or equality they just want to rule and punish anyone that disagrees with them and deport immigrants.
If repug owned corporations did not hire undocumented workers to get around minimum wage laws, if repug owned corporations did not go to other countries and make a mess we would not be hated so much. just my 2 cents.

5. I'm undecided
but I see where you're coming from. She has been very unimpressive thus far.
