... You must provide a current physical address. You can’t use a post-office box number or the general UNCW address as your residential address on a voter registration form. Students must write the address of their current dorm or apartment so election officials can determine the voter’s precinct. Poll workers can tell students the addresses of UNCW’s dorms if they don’t know it, Williams said.
