any social workers on DU?

in the raleigh area...i have a friend who is homeless. she's staying with her son at my house and if they don't find another place to stay very very soon, i don't know. i'm beyond stressed at this point. it would take an hour to write down the litany of all that has gone wrong in her life but bottom line is she has no home, no money. she lost everything in FL - Jeanne - in 2004 and things have gone downhill from there.

i'd appreciate any ideas. thank you NC DU'ers.

That's about all I can recall.

Once upon a lifetime ago, my wife worked for Wake County Jobs for the Homeless and I was a parole officer for the NC DOC.
