What a beautiful summer this has been

Decent amounts of rain and very mild temperatures. Weather-wise, this is the nicest I can ever remember a summer in NC and I've lived here basically my entire life.

1. Sitting up here in Blowing Rock - it's still below 70 today - can't

remember a mid July this mild - and we've been up here since 2003

I've been able to turn off the A/C. And 60s at night?!? Good sleeping.

4. I dunno...Supernova...here in Raleigh...it's been hotter than poker in a Steam Room...

But, glad it's better over there in Durham. :eyes: Been worst Summer I've been here in NC...17 years.:shrug:

this is my second summer in NC. the sweat was not so bad as last year. september started out perfect and has been pretty bearable. :)
