I sure hope so. The Primary is in May so I figured I'd research a bit. The Dem ballot for my county has no players for District 5; whereas, the Liar ballot has Foxx and Kieth Gardner.

I think even a single runner would be on Dem ballot. If not, I guess we could have a single person who doesn't need selected via primary election.

5. to further clarify

there is no primary if there is only one candidate. My Congressman, Miller, has no primary opponent so I have no primary for that race either.
