Republican Jackie Warner has conceded her loss to state Rep. Rick Glazier.

"I congratulate Mr. Glazier and wish him well in the next two years," she said in a statement issued around 11:30 a.m. today.

Glazier, a Democrat from Fayetteville, defeated Warner by 46 votes out of 19,668 counted. She is a school principal from Hope Mills.

The Cumberland County Board of Elections certified the House District 45 results after a recount last week.
