Is it time to admit that Speaker Black is corrupt?
I have only lived here a year and a half but I must say this man appears to be as corrupt as Delay. We would be screaming at the top of our lungs if Delay behaved this way. Checks made out to no one, checks given to a party switcher. Am I missing something here?

2. It is painful to watch.
Also why I spend a fair amount of time promoting lobby reform. Seems like the system encourages this type of behavior.
