I have met Richard and my Dad has spent some time with him recently. By all accounts, he is a good and decent man. It would be a travesty to reelect this egomaniac over Richard Carsner.

McHenry's Republican opponent in the '04 primary claimed that McH. didn't close on his house in the district until after he filed to run. Either way, its obvious that he is just an opportunistic little man on a power trip.
