Democratic challenger for NC-08 is Larry Kissell.
Incumbent for NC-08 is Republican Robin Hayes.

Early voting at the BOE is on ESS touch screen. On election day you can have a paper ballot in Cabarrus County I have been told by an official at the BOE.

Having a Democratic governor and Attorney General will certainly help if there are issues of voter fraud.

4. 8th here as well.

Paper ballot. Don't know what kind of scan. It was a machine that you slide the ballot in and it said I was the 66th voter at 10:30 this morning. Damn the rain. Dems tend not to turn out as high to vote during rain....and it's like a monsoon in Richmond County today.

It's just a personal preference. As long as there is a paper trail, you should have proof of who you voted for...I think. Hope we defeat Hayes. :)
