Republicans piss me off

Here we go to vote here in Charlotte the 8th district. And we have a guy handing out Robin Hayes Cards with all the Republican candidates. I didn't look at it. Thinking it was the voting guide. Until I looked closely. I thought it was one of the poll workers. This pissed me off because where I stay its where all the senior citizens go to vote because of the retirement homes close by. I wonder how many of them followed the card. I'm so pissed.

Not only was some rethuglican loyalist standing outside my precinct handing out voting guides, the poll worker that checked me in had (Rep) underneath her nametag. Aren't they good little sheep....

6. In wake County that's prohibited

I was a poll worker yesterday in Wake COunty. We were trained in Wake County that we could wear NO political anything on our clothes. If I was you, I'd check your rules (should be easy to get on your County web site) and report it. These precincts are small - and they will reprimand a worker if you break the rules.

5. Did you read about the story (probably not)

in the Raleigh N&O about someone early voting and a person asked him as he entered "Are you a Democrat?"

He said, "yeah"

She said, "good" and handed him a card. He didn't look at it until he was leaving, it was a list of judges to vote for, except they were all the Repuke candidates. He confronted her and she ran off.
