US Rep from NC resolution against attack on Iran
Ask your congressman to support this resolution:

Jones spearheads measure

U.S. Rep. Walter Jones, a Farmville Republican, last week introduced a resolution calling on President Bush to get congressional approval to use military force against Iran -- except in the case where the U.S. is attacked.

"Today there is a growing concern -- justified or not -- that some U.S. officials are contemplating military action against Iran," Jones said in a statement. "This resolution makes it crystal clear that no previous resolution passed by Congress authorizes such use of force."

Jones changed his view of the war after being given a audio book
by his daughter or granddaughter. the tape told how the war
was engineered by neo cons, and that all of the evidence
was lies.

He has been the lone GOP standing with Dems (before the election) to call
for end to the war, he also voted for the minimum wage and
further he voted to let the government negotiate drug prices.

I see a real change here.
Having a GOP on our side helps our cause greatly, and may
get our troops back home!
